Manama:The State of Qatar took part in the 36th meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) justice ministers, which convened on Sunday in Bahrain.
According to Qatar News Agency, Qatar's delegation was chaired by HE Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi.
The meeting focused on various topics centered on enhancing joint legal and judicial cooperation. Key discussions included a policy to foster cooperation among the GCC justice ministries, a draft unified framework to combat information technology crimes, and initiatives related to joint Gulf legal and judicial efforts.
