Manama, Liuetenant General Tariq Al Hassan, the Chief of Public Security, paid a visit to the Customer Service Centre of the General Directorate of Civil Defence at the Security Complex in Muharraq.
He commended the centre’s efforts that aim at offering quality security services and facilities for citizens and residents, in line with the directives of General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Interior Minister.
Lt. Gen Al Hassan also affirmed the importance of continuing efforts to implement digital transformation and to promote community partnership.
The Chief of Public Security was briefed on the centre’s workflow and applying technological solutions to ensure fast processing of services.
