Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani and HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, engaged in a telephone conversation.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussion centered on the cooperative relationship between Qatar and the UAE, focusing on ways to support and strengthen these ties. The conversation also addressed regional developments, with particular attention to diplomatic efforts and joint coordination aimed at de-escalating tensions and ensuring security and stability in the region.
During the call, HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Qatar's full support for diplomatic initiatives and efforts that strive to achieve a solution ensuring freedom of navigation and a comprehensive agreement for sustainable peace in the region.
