Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met today with HE Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, who is visiting the country. During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation relations between the countries and ways to support and enhance them, in addition to the latest developments in the region, especially in the Gaza Strip, the occupied Palestinian territories, and Lebanon.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions between the two leaders focused on bolstering bilateral ties and exploring avenues for cooperation in various sectors. The meeting underscored the commitment of both nations to strengthen their partnership and address regional challenges collaboratively. The leaders also exchanged views on the ongoing situation in the Gaza Strip, the occupied Palestinian territories, and Lebanon, emphasizing the importance of diplomatic efforts to achieve stability and peace in the region.
