Palestinian Foreign Ministry: Israeli Prime Minister’s Statements Are Admission of Committing Crimes Against Palestinian People

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned in the strongest terms the provocative remarks made by the Prim Minister of the Israeli entity’s Government Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the so-called flag march, which will take place according to its traditional path and break into the revival of Occupied East Jerusalem, expressing its strong condemnation of his inflammatory and cheap words and calls to assassinate the Palestinians in bloody terms.

In a statement, it considered that the statements and expressions of the Israeli Prime Minister are similar to the approach of the gangs that deal with the Palestinian land as a field for training and shooting, and with the Palestinian citizens as permissible and easy targets for killing, in public and frank admissions before the international community of the involvement of Netanyahu and the political echelon of the occupying state in all the crimes committed against the Palestinian people, by giving instructions and facilitating the killing of Palestinians, and providing political and legal protection for the perpetrators of the crimes.

The Ministry stated that the Israeli occupation government was deliberately escalating the situation in the conflict arena in a systematic manner closing a page of crimes to open another page in an open war against the Palestinian people and their just and legitimate national rights, in an ongoing process of ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian presence especially in occupied East Jerusalem.

The ministry also expressed its strong condemnation of the silence of the international community and countries that claim to be keen on the principle of the two-state solution and human rights towards the boasting of more than one official Israeli official about the policy of assassinations, extrajudicial killings, and the provocative flag march. It believed that the Israeli government is taking advantage of this silence to persist in attacking the rights of our people and committing more crimes, miserable international double standards and a flagrant violation of international law and international humanitarian law.
