Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa discussed today during a phone call with Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares, the developments in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, including Jerusalem, and the efforts to stop the ongoing Israeli onslaught in the Strip, enhance relief efforts, and accelerate the entry of humanitarian aid.
Mustafa also discussed with Albares strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, and the details of the meeting of the Joint Ministerial Committee, which will include the signing of a set of agreements with a number of ministries, especially Foreign Affairs, Interior, Labor, Education, and Social Development.
He stressed the importance of continuing joint coordination and work in international forums at the level of Europe and the United Nations, and holding the Euro-Arab Ministerial Meeting in the near future to advance efforts to stop the war on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. He also stressed the need to address the catastrophic humanitarian cri
sis, and practical steps towards establishing a Palestinian state within the context of the two-state solution and ending the occupation.
