Doha: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) described the targeting of nuclear facilities in Iran as “A dangerous escalation that could lead to heightened tensions and threaten regional security, peace, and stability.”

According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement issued Sunday, the OIC’s General Secretariat condemned and denounced the violation of Iran’s sovereignty and international laws and conventions. The organization called for de-escalation and self-restraint, urging all parties to resort to dialogue, negotiations, and peaceful means to resolve the situation.
