HE Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua, Denis Ronaldo Moncada Colindres met with HE non-resident Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nicaragua Dr. Khamees bin Rashid Al Kaabi, on the occasion of the end of his tenure.
