Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Wednesday at 4,809.44 points, marking a decline of 7.6 points or 0.16 percent compared to the previous close of 4,817.01 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day increased by 20.1 percent, reaching OMR 28,211,023, up from the last session’s OMR 23,483,011. Despite the increase in trading value, the market value experienced a slight decrease of 0.110 percent, settling at approximately OMR 29.27 billion, as detailed in a report released by the MSX.
