Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Tuesday at 6,178.11 points, down by 14.5 points or 0.23 percent, compared to the previous close which stood at 6,192.57 points. The trading value today stood at OMR 27,540,979 comprising a drop by 39.5 percent, compared to the last session, which stood at OMR 45,516,810.

According to Qatar News Agency, the market value went down by 0.020 percent to reach about OMR 33.13 billion, as per a report released by MSX.
