Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Thursday at 5,949.333 points, marking an increase of 2.2 points or 0.04 percent compared to the previous close of 5,947.17 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day was recorded at OMR 37,982,715, which represents a decrease of 8.7 percent from the last session’s trading value of OMR 41,621,956. The market value saw a rise of 0.052 percent, reaching approximately OMR 32.20 billion, as detailed in a report released by MSX.
