Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Sunday at 5,705.72 points, up by 69.7 points or 1.24 percent, compared to the previous close which stood at 5,635.99 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value today stood at OMR 34,089,116 comprising a rise by 29.4 percent, compared to the last session, which stood at OMR 26,344,853. The market value went up by 0.785 percent to reach about OMR 31.63 billion, according to a report released by MSX.
