Ministry of Labor Organizes Field Visit to Turkish Cultural Center for Customer Service Program Trainees.

Doha: The Ministry of Labor, represented by the Qualifying and Skills Development Department, in collaboration with the Excellence Center for Training and Consultancy at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, organized a field visit today for trainees enrolled in the specialized ‘Customer Service’ program at the Turkish Cultural Center. This initiative aims to introduce them to various work environments within the customer service sector.

According to Qatar News Agency, this field visit is part of the professional training courses associated with the Customer Service program, designed to qualify and prepare trainees for their entry into the private sector labor market. The program enhances their professional skills through practical experiences that develop their capabilities in public engagement, adhering to the highest international quality standards in customer service.

During the visit, trainees observed the methods employed by the center in customer interaction and communication. They learned how to
efficiently address the needs and inquiries of the public and visitors, utilizing advanced techniques during live chat sessions.

The Customer Service Program is aligned with the Ministry of Labor’s commitment to achieving the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030, which aims to establish a motivated and competitive national talent base capable of meeting the demands of the private sector.
