Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 am on Thursday will be slight dust to dusty at places at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong winds at places at first. Offshore, it will be fine weather, the report added, warning of strong winds and high seas until night.

According to Qatar News Agency, winds inshore will be Northwesterly 10 - 20 KT gusting to 24 KT at first, decreasing to 04 to 14 KT by night. Offshore, winds will be mainly Northwesterly 07 - 17 KT gusting to 25 KT at times.

The sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 FT, rising to 5 FT at times, while offshore will be 2 - 4 FT, rising to 8 FT at times. Visibility inshore will be 4 - 8/3 kilometers or less at places at times, while offshore will be 5 - 09 kilometers.
