Offshore, it will be Southwesterly to Northwesterly at first becomes Southeasterly to Northeasterly 03 13 KT.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 KM/2 KM or less at Southern areas at first..
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore will be 1 to 3 feet.
