Meetings of Permanent Committee for Arab Culture Begin in Rabat

Rabat: The meetings of the Permanent Committee for Arab Culture commenced in Morocco on Monday, setting the stage for the 24th session of the Conference of Arab Ministers Responsible for Cultural Affairs. The committee’s primary focus is to review and approve various documents and decisions that will be presented at the upcoming conference.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) has highlighted several key documents for discussion. These include a strategic plan aimed at developing cultural and creative industries across the Arab world. Another significant agenda item is the project for establishing a common Arab cultural market. Additionally, the central theme for the 24th session of the Conference of Arab Ministers Responsible for Cultural Affairs will be “Cultural Industries and the Challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Transformation.”
