The Medical Team at Mowasalat (Karwa) once again underlined the company’s commitment to staff wellbeing with a company-wide health screening campaign. The campaign focused on providing the main medical screening, including blood sugar and blood pressure tests, and medical consultation to all interested administrative and driving staff at the main Medical Center and all depot residences. The screening took place on 5th 6th of April 2023 in line with the World Health Day on 7th of April 2023.

Medical Services Operations Manager and Company Doctor at Karwa Dr. Emad Bahloul stated that regular screenings can help detect potential health issues early and prevent complications, stressing the importance of monitoring blood pressure and blood sugar levels regularly to maintain good health.

He asserted that the company understands the importance of employee health and the impact it has on the work performance and provides its employees with a healthy and safe working environment and investing in their comprehensive well-being.

Mowasalat Medical Center is one of the officially accredited medical centers from Hamad Corporation, the Ministry of Public Health, and the Ministry of Environment in the State of Qatar to provide primary health care and official Medical Commission services, the statement said.
