Manama, Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, the Minister of Legal Affairs, met with participants of the sixth edition of the HIPO Youth leadership programme, organised by the Institute of Public Administration in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
The minister expressed his pride in the energy and potential of Bahraini youth across all sectors.
He highlighted the crucial role that Bahraini youth play in driving the Kingdom’s development, attributing their growing influence to the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the steadfast support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He noted that the ongoing investment in young people’s education, training, and resources is essential for equipping them with the skills needed to contribute effectively to the nation’s future.
Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa, Director-General of the Institute of Public Administration, underscored the importance of youth in shaping the futu
re of various fields. She described the HIPO Youth programme as a unique opportunity to develop young leaders by providing them with advanced training from experienced professionals.
She added that the programme also offers participants the chance to engage with national leaders, gaining insights from their experiences in both the public and private sectors, which will enable them to create innovative initiatives that will further enhance Bahrain’s development.
