Manama, The Ministry of Works announced that the resurfacing works of Sh. Khalifa Bin Salman Highway between AL Farooq flyover and Seef flyover necessitated the closure of one and two lanes on stages for westbound traffic movement.
The closure will be effective from Friday, June 7 for 2 months.
The ministry also announced that the resurfacing works on Zallaq Highway inside Awali Roundabout necessitate closure of one lane and two lanes in stages.
The closure will be effective from Thursday, June 6 at 11:00 pm to Sunday, June 9 at 05:00 am.
The ministry also announced the resurfacing works on King Faisal Highway between Budaiya Highway (Naim Area) and Sh. Salman Highway (Al Hawaj Junction) necessitates closure of one and two lanes in stages in both directions as follows:
1. Closure of one lane on stages in both directions and two lanes will be provided for traffic movement during working days 24 hours.
2. Closure of two lanes on stages in both directions and one lane will be provided for traffic movement
during weekends from Thursday at 11:00 pm to Sunday at 05:00 am.
The closure will be effective starting from Friday, June 7, for 10 days.
