þManama, A hotline (32265727) has been dedicated for citizens and residents to report any violations during the midday work ban period.

þMustafa Aqeel Abdulla Al Shaikh, Director of Inspection and Occupational Safety at the Ministry of Labour and Social Development, said the work ban on working outdoors and under direct sunlight from 12noon to 4 pm during July and August underscores the commitment to community partnership.

þHe said that the establishments’ commitment to the resolution (3) reflects the awareness and sense of responsibility of employers.
