Doha: Kuwait's General Staff of the Armed Forces announced early Sunday morning that Kuwaiti air defenses were intercepting hostile missile and drone attacks. In a statement, the General Staff said the sounds of explosions heard were the result of air defense systems intercepting the incoming attacks.

According to Qatar News Agency, the General Staff urged everyone to adhere to the security and safety instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
