Doha:According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry of Justice, through its Department of Case Studies and Analysis under the State Cases Affairs Sector, organized the second annual awareness forum for government entities for 2026. This event included directors and representatives from the legal departments of 61 government bodies, aiming to familiarize partners with its services and strengthen institutional partnerships.
The forum featured presentations that offered legal insights by examining court rulings and cases. These discussions aimed to address the legal challenges facing government entities, enhance institutional legal efficiency, and reduce future recurring disputes.
Aldana Al Nuaimi, Assistant Director of the Department of Case Studies and Analysis, emphasized the department's dedication to turning judicial experience into actionable knowledge and preventive measures. She highlighted that government legal work is most effective when entities collaborate, rather than operate independently.
Furthermore, Al Nuaimi pointed out the crucial role of government entities in the partnership the department is fostering, which is geared towards finding proactive legal solutions. She also mentioned the department's willingness to process requests for legal opinions on administrative grievances, providing an additional avenue for inter-governmental cooperation.
