Amman: King Abdullah II of Jordan discussed with US Vice President Kamala Harris the current developments and the strategic partnership between the two countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a phone call on Thursday, King Abdullah called for stepping up efforts to create a political horizon to achieve just and comprehensive peace on the basis of the two-state solution. He also stressed the need to bolster the international humanitarian response in the Gaza Strip and reach regional calm.
