Doha: Jordan's Armed Forces said on Monday they had intercepted four missiles launched from Iran, with no casualties or property damage reported.
According to Qatar News Agency, a military source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces stated that the missiles were intercepted successfully. Royal Engineering Corps teams also cleared debris that fell at several locations, as reported by Jordan News Agency (Petra).
The source added that the Armed Forces remained on high alert and were closely monitoring developments, emphasizing that any violation of Jordan's sovereignty would be met with a firm response.
