Doha: Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi called on Israel to abide by the terms of the ceasefire agreement signed with Lebanon, and to stop its attacks on Lebanese sovereignty.
According to Qatar News Agency, in remarks following his meeting with Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri today, Safadi reiterated his country’s position in support of Lebanon, the stability of its security and the sovereignty of its territories, considering the current stage as the beginning for Lebanon to overcome all the challenges it faces, and move towards a better future for its people.
