Beit lahiya: The Israeli occupation murdered a Palestinian on Monday after targeting him with a drone in Beit Lahiya, Northern Gaza Strip, in continued violation of the ceasefire agreement. The Israeli occupation also targeted a group of Palestinians in Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, south of Gaza City, by dropping a bomb through an Israeli drone, injuring several Palestinians, including a child.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out demolition operations on residential buildings east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, while an IOF artillery shelled Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
Since the ceasefire agreement on Oct. 11, the Israeli occupation murdered at least 268 Palestinian civilians and injured 635 others, and 548 bodies of slain Palestinians have been pulled out.
A ceasefire agreement between the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and the Israeli occupation came into effect on Oct. 11, following the withdrawal of the occupation army from populated sites and areas in the Gaza Strip, and the start of the return of displaced persons to the northern Gaza Strip, as part of the first phase of US President Donald Trump’s initiative to end the genocide on Gaza.
