GAZA CITY: The Israeli occupation forces have intensified their bombing campaign in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of at least 27 Palestinian civilians in the past 24 hours. This escalation is part of a broader conflict that has reportedly led to significant civilian casualties since its inception in October 2023.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that the Israeli forces have carried out three separate massacres within the last day, killing 24 civilians and injuring at least 149. The ongoing conflict has severely impacted the region, with the ministry highlighting that many victims are trapped under rubble, and rescue efforts are hindered by restrictions on ambulance and civil defense crews.

The broader conflict has reportedly resulted in the deaths of over 45,541 Palestinian civilians and injuries to more than 108,338 others, with a significant proportion being women and children. The situation in Gaza has been described by Palestinian authorities as a genocide, with widespread destruction and humanitarian crises exacerbated by international inaction. The violence has persisted for 451 days, contributing to severe shortages of basic necessities and infrastructure damage.
