Israeli Forces Arrest 13 Palestinians in West Bank Raids

Jenin:West Bank Israeli forces arrested 13 Palestinians on Monday during raids across various locations in the West Bank.

According to Qatar News Agency, the arrests included six individuals from areas south and west of Jenin, four from the Bethlehem governorate, and one from Nablus. Additionally, a freed captive was arrested northwest of Ramallah, and another young Palestinian was detained north of Tulkarm.

The Israeli forces also installed three iron gates at the entrances to the town of Ya'bad and on roads leading to two villages southwest of Jenin. This move is part of a broader strategy aimed at restricting the movement of residents and imposing limitations on them.

Previously, more than ten iron gates were installed by Israeli forces at the entrances to villages and towns east of Jenin, along the bypass road, further complicating travel for Palestinians and adding to their daily challenges.

Throughout the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, frequent raids and incursions by Israeli forces often result in confrontations. These actions typically involve arrests and the use of live and rubber bullets, as well as tear gas canisters against Palestinians.
