Investment and Trade Court Hosts ‘The Little Lawyer’ Event to Foster Legal Awareness Among Children

Doha: In cooperation with the Shafallah Center, the Investment and Trade Court for Persons With Disabilities organized an awareness event titled "The Little Lawyer." This initiative aims to promote legal awareness among children and adolescents through simplified interactive methods, aligning with the court's social responsibility efforts.

According to Qatar News Agency, the event at the Court's headquarters featured a program of informational and interactive activities. It began with a welcome session where participants were introduced to the event's objectives and given a brief overview of the court and its functions. Activities included simulations of legal situations from daily life, designed to teach participants how to act appropriately in various scenarios.

Participants also took an introductory tour of the court, learning about its different departments and facilities. A role-playing session was held to simulate litigation procedures and the issuance of judgments, making legal concepts accessible to children in an engaging manner.

The event concluded with a Q and A session, where participants were awarded certificates and commemorative gifts, fostering an interactive atmosphere. This event highlighted the importance of spreading legal culture and promoting community partnership.

The Investment and Trade Court emphasized that this event is part of its commitment to supporting community and awareness initiatives. The court aims to enhance communication with various segments of society to consolidate legal culture and increase awareness of judicial procedures and services.
