HM King issues decree 44/2023, appointing HEC Secretary-General

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree (44) of 2023, appointing a secretary-general of the Higher Education Council (HEC), based on a proposal by the Prime Minister, and following the approval of the Cabinet.

Under the decree, Dr. Diana Abdulkareem Al-Jahrami was appointed as HEC Secretary-General.

The Prime Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes effect upon its issuance, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
