Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (28) of 2024, promoting and appointing a president at the National Intelligence Agency (NIA). Article I Brigadier General Bassam Mohammed Khamis Al Maraj shall be promoted to Major General and appointed as the President of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), from August 1, 2024.
