Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force, on the occasion of Bahrain winning the gold medal in the women’s 3000m steeplechase race at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

The Commander-in-Chief expressed his pride in this honourable victory, attributing this achievement to the unwavering support of HM the King for the sports sector.
