Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received mourners offering condolences on the passing of the late HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani at Lusail Palace on Monday morning.

According to Qatar News Agency, HH the Amir was joined by a significant number of dignitaries, including Their Excellencies Sheikhs, ministers, Qatari citizens, and members of the diplomatic corps accredited to the State. They expressed their sincere condolences and sympathy on the passing of the nation's revered leader, praying to Allah Almighty to grant him his vast mercy and eternal rest in Paradise.

Also present at the ceremony were prominent figures such as HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, HE Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Thani, HH the Personal Representative of HH the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and several other distinguished members of the Al-Thani family. The gathering included HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, HE Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, and a number of the late HH the Father Amir's sons, alongside Their Excellencies Sheikhs.
