Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Tuesday Law No. 6 of 2025 regulating health research. The newly established law is designed to oversee and manage health research activities within the nation, ensuring that such efforts are conducted in an orderly and regulated manner.

According to Qatar News Agency, the law is now effective and will soon be published in the official gazette, marking a significant step in the enhancement of health research governance. This move is anticipated to foster a more structured framework for health research, potentially influencing the quality and scope of health-related studies conducted in the country.
