National Security Advisor, Supreme Defence Council Secretary-General and Royal Guard Commander, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, received a cable of congratulations from Southern Governorate Governor His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, following the issuance of an order by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, promoting HH to the rank of Lieutenant-General.

HH Shaikh Khalifa wished Lieutenant-General HH Shaikh Nasser continued success in serving the Kingdom, under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the follow up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
