HH Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Advisor to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to Lt.Gen. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor, Supreme Defence Council (SDC) Secretary-General and Royal Guard Commander, on being promoted by Royal Order, issued by His Majesty King Hamadbin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the rank of Lieutenant-General.
HH Shaikh Ali said that the royal trust is in recognition of HH Shaikh Nasser’s landmark achievements, dedicated work and efforts in serving the nation in the military fields, which contributed to upgrading the homeland’s defence capabilities.
In the cable, HH Shaikh Ali wished HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad every success to continue his endeavors, under the leadership of HM the King.
