Washington: Google Docs introduced on Wednesday new features to improve interoperability with Markdown support tools.
Markdown, a lightweight markup language for formatting text using plain text, can now be converted into document content when pasted into Google Docs on the web. Additionally, users can copy document content in Markdown format.
These new Markdown tools are being rolled out starting today for all Google Workspace customers, individual Workspace subscribers, and users with personal Google accounts.
