Gaza City: Five Palestinians were killed Saturday evening in an Israeli airstrike targeting eastern Gaza City.

According to Qatar News Agency, local sources reported that the attack, carried out by Israeli occupation forces, struck a residential area in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, resulting in the killing of five civilians.

The Gaza health ministry had announced that the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 55,908 Palestinian fatalities, with over 131,138 others injured.
