FIFA 2026 World Cup: Morocco Beats Haiti 4-2, Qualifies for Round of 32

Morocco: Morocco qualified for the round of 32 of the FIFA 2026 World Cup after defeating Haiti 4-2 in the final round of Group C matches.

According to Qatar News Agency, Haiti scored early in the 10th minute when Moroccan keeper Yassine Bounou accidentally deflected the ball into his own net. Achraf Hakimi equalized for Morocco in the 39th minute. Wilson Isidor restored Haiti's lead in the 43rd minute, but Ismael Saibari equalized for Morocco once again in the 45th minute.

In the second half, Morocco dominated the match, with Soufiane Rahimi scoring the third goal in the 78th minute, before Gessime Yassine completed the rout with a fourth goal in the 89th minute. Morocco moved up to second place in Group C with seven points, behind Brazil on goal difference. Both teams have secured qualification for the round of 32.
