European Stock Markets Open Cautiously Amid West Asia Concerns

Paris: European stock markets opened cautiously in early trading on Thursday, wavering between hopes for peace and uncertainty surrounding West Asia.

According to Qatar News Agency, in major markets, France's CAC 40 index in Paris was flat, edging up 0.07 percent, while Germany's DAX index in Frankfurt fell 0.12 percent.

Britain's FTSE 100 index in London declined 0.52 percent, while Italy's FTSE MIB index in Milan rose 0.18 percent.
