Doha: European stock indices fell slightly at the start of trading on Thursday under pressure from a decline in technology company shares. The European Stoxx 600 index dropped 0.3 percent, and the major regional bourses also fell, with the Financial Times index in London and the French CAC both down by the same percentage.
According to Qatar News Agency, the technology sector fell 0.9 percent with the German SAP share down 2.5 percent, and the Delivery Hero share down five percent. Meanwhile, the Drax share listed in London rose 2.2 percent, and the RS Group share rose three percent and led the winning stocks on the Stoxx 600 index after J.P. Morgan raised its rating for the stock.
