Department of Meteorology Forecasts Hot, Hazy Conditions Monday

Doha: The Department of Meteorology has forecast hazy conditions inshore on Monday at first, becoming hot during the day with some clouds and relatively humid by night. Offshore, the weather will be hazy to misty in some areas at first, with some clouds.

According to Qatar News Agency, inshore winds will be variable initially, becoming mainly northeasterly to southeasterly at 5-15 knots. Offshore, winds will also be variable, mainly southwesterly at less than 5 knots at first, becoming southeasterly to northeasterly at 3-12 knots. Sea conditions are expected to range between 1 and 2 feet inshore and 1 and 3 feet offshore.

Visibility will range between 4 and 9 km inshore. Offshore, visibility will also range between 4 and 9 km, dropping to 3 km or less in some areas at first. High and low tide times vary across different areas, with Doha experiencing high tides at 06:37 and 18:59 and low tides at 02:42 and 13:55, with temperatures ranging between a minimum of 33°C and a maximum of 43°C.

Other areas like Dukhan, Messaid, and Ruwais will also see similar weather patterns, with high temperatures reaching up to 45°C in some regions. The day will start with sunrise at 05:01 LT and end with sunset at 18:17 LT.
