Russia and Ukraine exchanged strikes that left a number of civilians in both sides killed and injured.
Governor of Belgorod Province, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced that two people were killed and 10 others were injured, as a result of a Ukrainian bombing that targeted a village in Belgorod.
Ukrainian armed forces bombed the village of Oktyabrsky in Belgorod using cluster missiles, killing two people and wounding 10 others, including an eight-year-old child, Gladkov said in a statement, adding that a residential building caught fire after the shell fell, before rescue teams arrived at the scene.
For its part, Ukraine announced that four people were killed and dozens injured in Russian strikes on the city of Kharkiv.
Governor of the region, Oleh Sinhopov, said that four were killed when a store was targeted with two guided bombs, and 40 others were injured, while the fate of 16 people remains unknown.

s to keep the country’s cities safe.
Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022, and affirmed that it will continue until its full goals are achieved.
