Cairo – Together – Egyptian media confirmed that there has been significant progress in the negotiations on the truce and exchange agreement in the Gaza Strip.

Cairo News Channel quoted a high-ranking source as saying that the Egyptian security delegation, which mediates the negotiation process between Israel and Hamas, reached a consensus on many points of disagreement.

The source told the channel that the Hamas delegation arrived in Egypt and that there was noticeable progress in the negotiations.
