Bahrain all share index closed at 1,961.89 points marking an increase of 0.56 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to the raise in the financials sector and materials sector.

Bahrain Islamic index closed at 719.64 points marking a decrease of 2.13 points below the previous closing.

Results indicated that 74 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,465,564 worth BD 1,238,115.

Investors traded mainly in the financials sector representing 75.17% of the total value of securities traded.
