Delegated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Oil and Environment Minister, Special Envoy for Climate Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Daina attended the Tatarstan Oil and Gas Conference.
The conference, which was held under the patronage of President of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, was attended by presidents and senior officials to discuss the latest developments in the field of oil and gas and innovative solutions.
Addressing the conference, Dr. bin Daina conveyed greetings from HM the King and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and their wishes of success to the event to achieve its goals.
He valued the invitation which was extended by the Tatarstan president for the Kingdom of Bahrain to take part in the conference which brought together senior officials, leading business and economic stakeholders to build political, economic, cultural and social bridges between the Russian Federation and the Arab and Islamic Worlds.
The Minister toured the exhibition, which featured major companies that showcased studies, modern technologies and innovative solutions to various global challenges and ways to invest these technologies in various projects.
The minister also met a number of senior officials from oil and environmental companies and discussed investment and cooperation opportunities in the energy sector, stressing the importance of enhancing joint cooperation in this vital field.
