Bahrain’s Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal today took part in an event marking the anniversary of the Nakba and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Day.

Bahrain has reaffirmed its unwavering support to the Palestinian cause and the Palestinians’ inalienable rights to establish an independent and sovereign state within the June 4, 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, on the basis of the two state-state formula, the international resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.

Arab League Assistant Secretary General, Head of the Palestine and Occupied Territories Affairs Chief Dr. Said Abu Ali patronized the event. The Ambassador toured the photo expo marking the Nakba Day.
