Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,957.60 points marking an increase of 3.16 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to the raise in the communication service sector, Financial sector, material sector and real estate sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 751.98 points marking an increase of 1.93 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 113 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,887,200 worth BD 563,237.

Investors traded mainly in the financial sector representing 76.57% of the total value of securities traded.
