Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev met Sunday with Turkish Defense Minister Yashar Guler, who is visiting Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them, especially in the field of defense industries.

They also reviewed the existing cooperation between the armies of both countries. Aliyev described cooperation relations between his country's army and the Turkish army as "excellent".
