According to Qatar News Agency, Qatar is currently fourth in the group standings with 13 points and has already secured a spot in the Asian play-off alongside the UAE. Meanwhile, Uzbekistan has achieved a historic milestone by securing their first-ever World Cup qualification, joining group leaders Iran in advancing to the tournament.
